Welcome to Hairstudio 82. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions with our barbershop. By booking an appointment, visiting our premises, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Hairstudio 82 provides professional barbering services including but not limited to:

• Haircuts and styling
• Beard trims and grooming
• Hair washing and conditioning
• Hair coloring and treatments
• Other grooming services as offered

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Bookings

3.1 Booking

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• All appointments are subject to availability
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may result in a fee and may affect future booking availability
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment

3.3 Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment

4. Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice
• Prices may vary based on service type and stylist level
• Current pricing is available on our website or at our location

4.2 Payment Methods

• We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and contactless payments
• Payment is due at the time of service
• We do not accept checks

4.3 Refunds

• Services are non-refundable once rendered
• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours
• We will work with you to resolve any concerns, which may include a complimentary adjustment service

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Client Health

• Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your service
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk
• Clients with contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule

5.2 Hygiene Standards

• We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards
• All tools are sterilized between clients
• We follow all applicable health and safety regulations

6. Client Conduct

• We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect
• Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these standards
• Smoking is not permitted on our premises
• Mobile phones should be used respectfully

7. Children

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children
• We offer specialized services for children; please inform us when booking

8. Personal Belongings

• Hairstudio 82 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Please keep valuables with you at all times
• We provide lockers for your convenience, but use them at your own risk

9. Photography and Social Media

• We may take photos of completed work for our portfolio and social media
• Your consent will be requested before any photos are taken
• You may request that photos not be shared publicly

10. Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are valid for the period stated on the card
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards are non-refundable

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Hairstudio 82
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission

12. Limitation of Liability

• Hairstudio 82 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used, unless you have previously informed us of known allergies

13. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control
• This includes natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other emergencies
